1. SNOW GUARANTEED
The Ischgl ski area is 1300 meters above sea level, and the tracks themselves are at an altitude of over 2300 meters. Therefore the length of the season at the resort is one of the longest in Europe from late November to early May. There are good opportunities here for virgin skiing, there are many gutters, a fun park, Halfpipe with musical accompaniment, four trampolines, etc. Ischgl also has a ski school with hundreds of instructors, kindergarten, children’s ski school. From hotels and apartments skiers get to the ski lifts both on foot and by ski bus, so the logistics are at their best in the literal and figurative sense. In recent years, European resorts have not spoiled by nature. Ischgl also took care of this important moment, by purchasing a plant for the production of artificial snow. Snow covers the Viderböden water reservoir with a volume of about 60,000 cubic meters. Like everything in Ischgl, it is made with love: in the form of Viderböden resembles a heart.
2. NEW CABLE ROAD
In Ischgl, the skiing infrastructure is constantly being improved. This is done so that everything works faster, more reliably, more functional. So, in the winter season 2019/20, a new high-speed cable car Velilleck F1. Ascent speed vit 6 m / s. This is three times faster than in a high-rise building! Way up will take less than six minutes.
The new cable car will delight you with both comfort and design: on armchairs decorated with plant prints, special Ali al upholstery. At the same time, the Velilleck F1, designed for a passenger traffic of 2,400 man per hour, will go straight to Pardachgrat: F1 will be at 1353 meters longer than the old Velilleck cable car. The completely rebuilt sub station will remain on that the same place, at an altitude of 2048 meters – it will be possible to get on it from the route number 7. The track itself will be slightly shifted to the north-east. 3. ISCHGL SKYFLY ARE WAITING FOR THE CHALLENGE
